Developed my own MVC frame work and a CMS based on it that includes:
- Dynamic site page creation. All the expected functionality is there (Create page, edit, delete, publish/unpublish, and sort)
- Blog system
- Gallery (Collections and albums within collection) with JQuery drag and drop sorting
- Photo Bank and File Bank
- Contact Form
- Easy to update layouts and the ability to have multiple layouts, each page can have a different look and feel from other pages if needed
- Admin Settings (e–mail, password, and user name)
- The system is very customizable with plugins and modular content
Great problem solving skills. I sometimes solve problems while driving or eating !
Do my best to simplify the code and make it portable
Do my best to NOT cripple usability and limit a functionality to use only Java Script, 99.99% of the site features and main functionality should work without Java Script or Flash
Great skills with regular expression and finding patterns

Good design skills
Because I am a developer, I know how dynamic sites work and I keep that in my mind when I convert mock–ups to XHTML
